But we make sure no one missed out from the knowledge shared by Parth Agarwal, Business Development at B21, so here we are up with the AMA transcript, for those who missed the live session, this blog post will be a saver & feeder of knowledge for them.

Parth Agarwal — My name is Parth Agarwal and I have been involved in the crypto space for more than 2 years. I have invested and advised along different projects and am a strong advocate of crypto adoption. Right now I am working with B21 and handling Marketing and Business Development.

Q1. Could you please introduce B21 to our community in layman’s term?
Ans — So we started B21 with a very simple YET complicated goal — bring cryptos in the hands of masses. With B21 we are bringing investing in crypto to everyone.
It is still very complicated for a non techie to invest in crypto. B21 enables anyone to create a portfolio of coins and invest in them with as little as $25. Behind the scene we have a heavy technology at play which enables buying of crypto to the cents.
Users can easily sell their portfolio in single click and withdraw funds to their bank or account or spend it using crypto linked Visa cards.
All customer assets are kept in a regulated and insured custodian
So we offer Investing, staking and spending crypto. Product is live for 66 countries including the US.
Q2. What are the advantages of B21 to other alternatives in the Blockchain field?
Ans — So there are hundred or probably thousands of exchanges where anyone can buy their crypto.

Ans — Very interesting. So this year has been really adventorous for us ! We launched our product and are LIVE on Appstore and Playstore We also acquired users who are first time investors in crypto!

Q1. What makes B21 stand out and be different from similar projects?
Ans — So we made B21, where anyone can invest. We have taken great pains to avoid any kind of crypto language even.
We provide a way to invest in a portfolio, we provide a way to invest using easy and simple local payment methods, we provide a mobile experience using which you can invest quickly!
Q2. I want to ask, Which one the most important for you in developing the community and increasing the value of the project? Which one that Will you do first?
Ans — So with B21, we had a major challenge — our community is not just crypto community but also the people who have little knowledge about cryptos. 70% of the B21 users currently are first time investors in crypto — so we had to develop our community in a similar way - keeping everything as simple as possible 🙂.
Now we also have B21 Bishops — our global ambassador program. So the role of these Bishops will be to educate people about cryptos as an asset class — and start investing some part of their portfolio there as well. We are not just promoting B21 in our community, we also talk about MASS crypto adoption 🙂
Q3. As an Indian based company and with the constant ban of crypto in India, do you think investors will feel safe investing using B21? Peradventure Indian announced another crypto ban, what will be the fate of those who had invested through you?
Ans — Yes, majority of our team is in India but we hold licenses out of Gibraltar and U.S. The founding team also owns a banking license out of Puerto Rico, which is an evidence of vast experience.
So to answer the question — even if India, bans crypto tomorrow, (although highly unlikely) users assets will be still safe. Users can sell their assets on B21 app and withdraw to their bank account 🙏
Q4. Can you give everyone 3 reasons to join B21 immediately? What is the reason why you are confident that B21 will be successful?
Ans — Well I can give many reasons to join B21, but if I had to choose 3 -

Q5. Defi is a very hot keyword at the moment, many projects have started cooperating with DeFi platforms. So is B21 planning to cooperate with DeFi projects and develop B21 towards DeFi in the future?
Ans — In the coming months we are Planning to Bring DeFi. We are aggressively working on becoming the Gateway to Crypto and DeFi.
We will be integrated with all DeFi marketings — Not only DeFI but CeFi also. B21 will offer a simple way to stake or unstake your entire portfolio in literally seconds.

Q1. I’m glad you are aware that bringing cryptos in the hands of masses is simple and complicated goal at the same time. So could you tell us the approach you will be adopting to make you achieve this goal effortlessly? Also, if you would need any assistance from we the community?
Ans — We have built an awesome product that will attract users. We have a lot of interaction with our community over live sessions on Instagram/Zoom etc..
Q2. Since B21 hold custody of it investors funds, I would like to know how secured is the platform? How will you prevent third-party from getting access to our investments?
Ans — All the assets are stored with a REGULATED and INSURED custodian.
Q3. Does B21 exchange have a tranding group for beginners like me and how to cover the fees on B21 is there an invitation referral system for getting prizes on the B21 exchange platform?

Q5. Can you tell us the roadmap of B21? and what have been achieved and what are you trying to achieve? as well as obstacles in achieving it?
Ans — We want to bring in a single place for people to invest in crypto and non-crypto assets. Our view is to bring the average user to be able to invest in all different kinds of asset classes. We’ve started to begin with crypto assets but we are going after pension funds, equity, etc. So we are a platform that has started with crypto but we are looking to add all kinds of assets to invest in. We are trying to reach non-crypto users and help them or guide them towards getting involved in crypto.
