Q1. Could you tell me about working process of GAINS Decentralized VC? How people can be a part of it?
Ans — Yeah it’s very simple. You buy some GAINS tokens and talk to a bot named @gainsy_bot that will verify you do own the tokens
Then you get access to our private groups with deal flow 🚀
Q2. Can you tell us about your upcoming private sale platform?
Ans — Yes. We’ve been working on it for several months. It’s going to be the best quality of life improvement for our members.
They’ll be able to contribute and claim their tokens there and most importantly see all the info about the many deals they did with GAINS in one place.
The most awaited feature is to have a calendar of all the upcoming token distributions
The nice thing when you get in so many deals is that it’s almost Christmas every day with token distributions …
Q3. Can you tell us about your partnership with Anyswap & bridge between BSC & ETH?
Ans — It’s something we’ve been meaning to do for a long time to allow people with smaller wallets to get in.
The Ethereum fees can get absurdly high sometimes.
Now that we’re on BSC, we expect many more people to join us.
It’s also going to allow for arbitrage opportunities and increase the volume on both Uniswap and PancakeSwap.
We have partnered with Anyswap for the BSC bridge. They’re the best in the business. They have more than $4B in TVL and are working with great projects like Kyber Network, Yearn or Harmony

Q1. I would like to know if Gains Associates plans to integrate or develop NFT within its ecosystem as this is a strong trend in the market?
Ans — Good question and the answer is yes, we are working on a cool NFT line.
We’ve taken inspiration from other NFT animals projects like the Pudgy Penguins for example
In our case, it’s going to be a whale with cool varying accessories like a cowboy hat, sunglasses or a cigar for example
We believe many of our members will proudly sport these NFTs as their profile pic.
There will be special perks for some of the rarest ones, which is one of the reasons why they’ll be valuable Also, people will be able to buy these NFTs with $GAINS which will be burned afterwards. This should be great for the token price.
Q2. Traditionally, only a select few people have access to the best investment opportunities. With crypto and of course Gains, we all have the opportunities with the best projects. But what are the standard measurements that a project that wants to cooperate with Gains should have?
Ans — We have a pretty deep DD process.
Indeed, I was quite scared when seeing some highly reputed names invest without any DD. If the single reason you get in is because others are in and everyone does that, no one actually checks anything, except maybe the first guy.
This is very dangerous. Crypto relies a lot on social proof, maybe too much. Hence, why we double check many things, from the company registration number to actually asking our partners if they are in (some projects put logos without asking and when no deal hs been closed to create initial traction)
The guys from our research team are all seasoned investors. They’ve made and lost a lot of money in crypto. They’ve seen many things.
They get on calls with the founders of course and ask the hard questions. So much that many projects actually respect us more for the heavy DD we do.
I’m really proud of them …
Q3. Gains Silver Fishes is the Lowest tier available for anyone that wants to take part in your deals, and this requires 10k gains token. Considering the continuous rise in the price of gains tokens, even the lowest tier seems too expensive for an average person. Do you have any plan of reducing the token requirements or introducing another tier so that retail investors can also benefit from this amazing deals offered by you guys?
Ans — Yes, as the token price increases, the required number of tokens will decrease to keep a fair number in dollar value as the entry ticket, which btw you don’t really pay or lose, it’s an asset.
Something else that I’d like to mention is that the more we grow, the bigger and better allocations we’ll be able to get which will benefit everyone.
Q4. Very excited to hear that $GAINS have finally launched token after 3 years. Would you mind reveal a bit information about the upcoming app mentioned on the website? Will it have interesting events or features?
Ans — I’ve already talked a bit about the app so maybe I’ll mention the launchpad that will be live in December
It’s called the LearnPad and has a unique concept to only accept people who will take some time to sit down and learn about the project they want to invest in.
It’s going to be fun too, with a series of short videos shining light on different aspects of the project like the overall concept, the team, the tokenomics, partners and more.
Each video will be followed by a short quiz to ensure people paid attention.
In this crypto world that moves so fast, we believe this will be a green oasis for projects that are looking to build a solid and nice community as the support for their long term aspirations

Q5. Nowadays, DEFI is fragile and lots of projects are attacked. Did GAINS Associated prepare anything to protect the users’ fund? Could you mention a bit of security features $GAINS offers the investors?
Ans — For sure. We hear news of hacks everyday. Nothing is 100% safe but we have taken measures to be as safe as possible.
We use multi sig wallets for any big transaction.
Our SCs have been audited by 3 independent parties including Hacken and they’ve all said the code is really well written and there’s no flaw.

Q1. I read that Half of the pool fees will be fully re-invested in said deals, with all realized profits used to buy back and burn the GAINS token. This is great, however, how do you intend to prevent front running from bots due to this buyback and burn? Will this events happen at random and be made public later or how will it work?
Ans — Good question but we don’t care about front running as we tend to hold tokens for quite some time.
Most of our revenue comes from investing in the deals offered to our holders. We have skin in the game.
Q2. What do you think about the NFTs and the Metaverse, do you consider that your project can be integrated to these trends, maybe include NFTs or collaborate with some project related to the metaverse? Can you tell me about your future plans?
Ans — Yes of course, we’re working on NFTs and we have a great relationship with Bloktopia 😉
Q3. Gains has a super cool internal NFT project for profile photos that they hope their members will proudly fight on social media. Some of the rarer NFTs will give special benefits. What are the special advantages Gains Rare NFTs offer?
Ans — Some of the GAINS NFTs will give perks like getting to know when the next investment opportunity will drop or the name of the project for example. Maybe less fees too
Q4. What plans do you have for incubating projects? There are scam projects in the industry. How does GAINS work to avoid these projects?
Ans — We’re currently incubating two projects and I’m 100% convinced they will be heavyweight in their categories.
I personally took a lot of time to get to know the founders and their teams.
They are doing great things behind the scenes. For example, Immortal Game is currently closing top tier VCs and ImpactScope keeps on announcing partners to offset their carbon emissions. These are our 2 incubations for now.
Q5. One news that Gains associates recently announced on telegram and Twitter was their success in investing in Bloktopia so could you give us more details about this news and how many Silver Fishes from your first Tier group benefited from this great success?
Ans — Right, Bloktopia has been amazing but maybe I can use this opportunity to give a few more names that did very well recently.

I love it but, to go global … How is GAINS working with your community? Do you have community groups in different geographical areas? How can I be part of your team and be an ambassador for #GAINS?
Ans — Right, I’m very proud of our name.
GAINS is catchy because everyone is looking for financial gains of course.
But I believe a lot in the other meaning of Group Action Is Never Small.
If you saw what happened with GME earlier, the power of the people is something to be reckoned with. I truly believe there is a paradigm shift happening and that several DAOs will be worth billions of dollars in the near future.
We are working so that GAINS will be a leading force as one of the OG Decentralized VCs in crypto.
Q7. Some time ago it was announced that the CEO of Gains Alexandre Raffin had a conference where he participated together with the CEO of Binance so could you give us more details about what happened in this event and what benefits this event gave to Gains and its holders?
Ans — It was great to be able to chat with CZ in Dubai a few weeks ago. I also met some great people from Binance MENA there. It’s a thriving region and we are working to establish a solid presence there for GAINS as we believe it might be the next global crypto hub.
